    Pros

Everyone that works here is top notch and committed to the success of the company. Upper management is open to talk.

    Cons

Though hq is in MD, main work location is Wallops Island VA - really good work environment there

    Advice to Management

    More diversified contracts

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    -Offers tuition assistance
    -Cares about employee safety
    -Didn't micromanage

    Cons

-Upper management rarely communicates with employees (some individuals were good, some not so much).
    -Below average pay
-Business development team is very greedy and pushy
-Not much opportunity for raises in government contracting
-Empty promises regarding compensation time from interview. (Said they offer it, sounding like it was free game for a flexible schedule, but it was very tightly managed and not an option if you had planned leave)

    Advice to Management

Take the time to go out and see your employees. Get to know them. Make a positive impression on them for yourselves as individuals and as a company. It will create a better work culture. Pay employees what they're worth. Underpaid employees are unhappy employees.

I have been working at LJT & Associates full-time

    Pros

The company is great to work for! The senior management travels to field sites to visit with workers and says connected to staff. The HR teams really makes you feel part of the LJT family. Benefits are competitive as well.

    Cons

The company could do more events such as picnics, ball games, etc. Also more raining could provided to employees and local managers.
