I worked at LK Jordan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are quick to get you a job and walk you through the process. The Austin, TX location is centralized and very well kept. The staff communicates with you on a consistent basis and are very easy to reach if you have questions or concerns.

    Cons

It may take a while to get hired on as a permanent employee.

    Advice to Management

Continue to provide the guidance and assistance to those who are looking for a job that is reliable and consistent.

I worked at LK Jordan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They train the core employees who in turn become their competition when they leave the company.

    Cons

There is a pattern of severe hostile environment created by management, with an ongoing pattern of poor treatment to core employees. This has created an unwelcome hostile environment and a revolving door of core employees.

    Pros

Weekly pay is a plus. They offer benefits for all employees as well and that too is a plus for me.

    Cons

Assignments can be few at times.

I worked at LK Jordan (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was given a temp to hire position in a oil company and learned a good amount. The work was steady and interesting

    Cons

I only had one assignment. The biggest issue I had was that they never had anything else for me other than that one position I worked at. Very frustrating for me.

    Advice to Management

Ask people if they are willing to do something out of their comfort zone if there is nothing in their criteria that day.

    Pros

L.K. Jordan & Associates is a wonderful place to work. I have had the privilege to work for this Texas based, family owned, 25 year old recruiting firm for many years and plan to for many more. I have had three promotions throughout my career at L.K. Jordan. Suggestions are always welcome. Employees are treated like family.

    Cons

Staffing is competitive business. You always have to give 100% to be successful.

    Pros

Pay is ok. They do have bonuses.

    Cons

Management is very poor quality. Very unprofessional environment. Anyone from Human Resources would cringe in this office.

    Advice to Management

Be professional and do not divide a team based on who kisses up to the boss. There is a reason why you cannot keep people in this office.

Great pay and hours. Office very clean, employees are very helpful

    Cons

Got replaced at job because I didn't speak enough spanish.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, need more job opportunities. Their website has alot of old positions up that you are no longer hiring for. Please update the website more often.
