    Pros

    LMH Health is a fantastic small hospital with a top notch staff. They have great services and are a real asset to the community.

    Sometimes care has to be coordinated with a larger hospital and this can be time-consuming

    Pros

    Great co workers, even though little focus on Education/training by company and Admin not very involved with staff. Current OR director great.

    Cons

    Need official training program. Admin could spend more $ on AORN training.

    Beautiful facility and some good practices in place

    Cons

    Too many chiefs and not enough Indians, everyone either wants to be the boss or thinks they are. Creates an environment of backstabbers instead of team players
