    I worked at LMO full-time

    Pros

Great office atmosphere, very flexiable, casual attire,
    Decent compensation
    Great location
Good benefits with a FSA that the company will match some of what you put in.
    Great people

    Cons

You are a full time employee, unless you lose ONE large client who you are depending on to keep a whole department employed.
A lot of new clients coming on board seem to benefit more of the Marketing and web development departments and not the C# developers, BI developers, Business Analysts or QA (who have all been laid off BTW).

    I worked at LMO full-time

    Pros

It's a friendly, upbeat place to work. Good for young people starting out in career.

    Cons

Sort of a "wild west" - the digital side of the business is stacked with people who can perform in their functional areas, but not necessarily think strategically or with a business mindset. Very little leadership oversight or integration.

    Advice to Management

Too much emphasis on digital for the sake of digital. Tactically-focused, not strategically-focused. Lack of big ideas. Creative product sub-par.

    LMO Response

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to make the environment friendly and upbeat. Your digital feedback is helpful as we continue to become more and more strategic as an Agency overall. My guess... More
