I worked at LOCH HARBOUR GROUP full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My particular group teleworked 100% of the time and had control over our schedules as long as the work was done.

    Cons

Little to no interaction with management or prospects to grow within the company.

    Advice to Management

Engage with your employees instead of only focusing on on getting government contracts.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at LOCH HARBOUR GROUP full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Loch Harbour has a great work atmosphere. The President and CEO cares about his people. Loch harbor has the best Health Benefit I have seen in the beltway.

    Cons

Loch Harbour Group is going through growing pains. The company is doing it's best to keep up with the growth and still modify its processes with the influx of new people at the same time.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at LOCH HARBOUR GROUP full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent salaries, good project managers and executives seem to appreciate team members. Hiring of talented and experienced employees, although more expensive, helps to keep the loyal client base within the federal market by providing award winning products and services.

    Cons

Back office systems, HR and finance, are still being updated. Missteps by the HR and Benefits staff can give an initial bad impression to new hires, but the readiness to resolve the issues quickly make up for this failing.

    Advice to Management

Although it may seem like holiday parties and company picnics with prizes may seem like a clever way to boost morale, billable staff is more responsive with the regular lunches and bonuses for exceptional work on their projects. Stay focused on keeping the staff benefits and salaries competitive to maintain the excellent staff on the current contracts. Avoid rushing to grow faster than organization is ready.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at LOCH HARBOUR GROUP as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Run, make sure you negotiate your salary.

    Cons

Run, not what it seems. Unfair balances.

    Advice to Management

Slave to government contract money. Quality of the work environment depends on the government clients, which is not great.

    Pros

Loch Harbour will use all of its resources to assure that your work experience is pleasurable and productive. The leadership and supervisors are always available for guidance and assistance.

    Cons

If you are hired to work on a government contract, then your employment may only be limited to the length of the contract.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at LOCH HARBOUR GROUP full-time

    Pros

Leadership is fair and supportive. Its a small company that takes time to know their employees.

    Cons

None really other then from I can tell they have limited contracts. Although the contracts they do have have been long term and I don't see any reason for concern

    Advice to Management

    Continue doing what you're doing
