Pros
Great company and great people. Company has always put employees in the forefront. Healthcare benefits are top notch and a great incentive plan and retirement package as well. Career opportunities were great. Once the CFO was replaced, moral skyrocketed. Current CEO has done a great job changing the culture to focus on empowerment and growth.
