I have been working at LOTTE Holding Co., Ltd. (More than a year)

    Pros

    first of all,
I've been working in Korea Lotte so it can be different from the Japan lotte

    1. stability
you will be never fired out unless the company goes brokes

    2. not bad salary
the salary is not high not low just enough for living..

    3. recognition
since lotte is top 5 ranked company in Korea, you don't need too explain about your company, people will know

    Cons

    1. case by case
the work and life balance is very different
your office can be easy or hard, it's all depends on subsidiaries

    2. no working people
as I said earlier, the company doesn't fire employee easily, sometimes it has disadvantages, there is a person who doesn't work or has low performance, if you are in a same department with these kind of person, your life will be harder..

    Advice to Management

give compensation to good employees and give penalties to bad employees
treating all people same or similar is not the best way in my experience.
