Salary, quality of people because they are very disrespectful and have no manners, management staff is very unprofessional. For example, at briefings they are constantly cursing. There are no room for opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Hire better managers and raise the wages, don't except to get miracles with what you are paying.

I have been working at LSG Sky Chefs full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management looks out for each other for the most part if you are in their so called circle. You will have one free meal a day. If you just want to collect a check for baby sitting employees this is the right place.

    Cons

Members of senior Management are quick to point the finger and throw you under the bus, instead of giving you the proper training or coaching. Management here are very reactive instead of proactive to get the job done. They get audited frequently by the airlines and corporate lsg and instead of fixing the root cause they often put a bandaid on the situation.

    Advice to Management

Communicate better with staff, less gossip and finger pointing and work together as a team whether you like someone or not.

I have been working at LSG Sky Chefs full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers, some of the people that you will meet there are the nicest people ever. They have been there for over 30 years and come to work with a smile on their face.

    Cons

Mangament team could be better. They are not professional and are cursing or saying inappropriate comments. Please realize that you are at work and leave those comments for the appropriate venues. A lot of the management team is incompetent and then they wonder why they get delays...
Due to the structure for non-union positions there is not a lot of opportunities for growth.
    Salaries could be better

    Advice to Management

Act more professional in the workplace and hire more competent management team.
