    Pros

Flexible working at LSI. Always great to go above and beyond your job requirements. People were friendly to work with.

    Cons

Minimum downtime. Just like any other companies. Work more than usual to get the projects done on time. Still a good place to work at.

    Advice to Management

Managers were good working together to achieve the product deliveries on time and met quality requirements. One on one biweekly meeting to talk about status.

    Pros

LSI offers excellent health benefit. Cafeteria offers healthy food for lunch and snack and the people who work there are friendly. The LSI building complex is new and beautiful. The gym is clean and has all new equipments.

    Cons

The stock price is too low for all the great products LSI is designing, developing, and selling to big OEMs. The parking lot is a bit small for the size of the company.

    Advice to Management

Recommend executive management to do some research to find out why the stock price is low and what they will need to do to raise the stock price.

    Pros

Very good R&D opportunities and talented engineers to work with. Have many different technologies across networking to storage to learn and work. Working environment is friendly.

Management team has no vision either in marketing or technology. Only follow Wall St. 's direction and screwed up the whole business.

    Advice to Management

Listen to internal experience engineers and they have better vision than some phony wall st. financial analyst.
