      Pros

      Upper management was easy to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely unexperienced lower management creates poor turn around for clients and poor team moral. Account managers over promise to clients, and fail to communicate important project details to remaining team members until the last minute. No benefits. Low salary. Be prepared for a highly competitive environment. Loss of largest client resulted in multiple layoffs.

      Daily challenges and the opportunity to solve problems with original ideas and contribute to a good team Work in an industry that is constantly changing Great team environment

      With fast growth comes growing pains and the need to be nimble, which may not be the ideal environment for everyone. The current team does a great job adapting, however, mitigating this double edged con.

      Pros

      Everyone gets along well with one another. It's a relaxed work environment with flexible hours and pretty good benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k match, office snacks, dog-friendly). You do have to work hard (it's not a place for lallygagging) but I'd rather be busy with challenging assignments and learning about digital marketing and "small business 101" than sitting around doing nothing all day. Management does a good job of giving credit to team members for their good work.

      Cons

      The owners of the business purchased and renovated a building that houses our agency. I really wish they would've added a roof deck for us (Nashville is a prime spot for relaxing outside on a roof deck). Hopefully they'll add one in the future.
