    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at LTI full-time

    Pros

Good for lateral hires in US looking for salary hike. When there is need, they would pay you quite high.

    Cons

Can get fired quickly when you come on bench. Lot of descripancy in salaries for same role, job. Favoritism all over. Company hired too many folks at the top, each trying to bring in change.. ultimately nobody except on the floor people care for what the clients want.. It's a big resourcing company trying to look like a technology services company..

    Advice to Management

Care for your people new and old. In US, try to have US like policies and HR staff. Reduce top heaviness.
