    Pros

Strong structure for research and development. Brands keep integrity of their own DNA without the feeling of a big company.

    Cons

Siloed brands make for limited interaction between different divisions. Physical separation of brands in different buildings makes it hard to connect with other employees.

    Pros

Amazing people and great management. It is a pleasure to work at Céline every day, offices are situated in the LVMH building on Madison avenue and the actual Céline floor is shared with the Givenchy teams. Family-like environment, yet very dynamic and enriching. Managers are super respectful and treat interns/temps/freelance as real parts of the team with responsibilities, great compensation and introduction to the company culture. Highly recommended.
