I worked at La Hacienda Ranch part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Free food per shift after 1 year of employment(except steak and alcohol)
-50% off at any company owned restaurant off duty (except steak and alcohol)
    -Very flexible schedule
-Great leadership who listened to employee concerns

    Cons

It's the restaurant industry- you work hard or you fail. Management does an impeccable job of preparing you for success, so your failure is on you 99% of the time.

It's service industry, so long hours and drama with coworkers at times.

    Advice to Management

Second chances are important but know when there is a bad seed and they need to be let go

I worked at La Hacienda Ranch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers are usually very friendly, and there are not much of seniority. An environment easy to make friends in.

    Cons

Hardly any raises, and late hours right next to a bar -- could be dangerous for a girl.

    Advice to Management

Maybe become a little bit more strict with the workers. Easy going is good, but it was a bit too free.
