I have been working at La Jolla Sports Club full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Ok, facility

    Great members

    Location is nice

    Cons

    Old facility
Management (AGM anyone?) Is terrible. There is no communication throughout the departments

    Advice to Management

Why don't you do what you ask of your employees. Lead by example. Try staying past 2:00 pm on a Friday. Just saying

    Negative Outlook

I worked at La Jolla Sports Club part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    My coworkers were fairly nice

    Cons

Compensation seemed unfair. I drive in all the business and the club takes half! And there are way too many trainers for such a small club! You should be trying to make less trainers more busy. Not hire more trainers so that everyone stays part time. You can make a living if all the business is spread out over 20 trainers.

    Advice to Management

Be interested and care more about your employees.
