Pros
As part of my role as a toddler's teacher , I may create lesson plans, crafts and activities for the children. Designing activities gives me the chance to use my creativity for educational purposes. Working with children in this way allows me to see growth and progress in amazing, measurable ways. While there may be setbacks, I will see the joy on each child's face as they learn new things from me. I can feel good about a career choice that makes a difference in the lives of children and their families. Working with kids is fun, no single day at work is the same. At our La Petite Ocoee Location. We all work together, great Management Teams. Plus Learning Care Group have great Benefits (Health insurance, Tuition reimbursement,Retirement plan,Vision insurance,Life insurance,401k matching...)

Across several states in Us. The average pay rate for a child care worker is low . Work in any Childcare Center may encounter challenging interpersonal situations with both parents and children. It may be our responsibility to converse with the parent and find a way to make both parent and child happy.
