Cons
Management only cares about numbers and money regardless if a child is continuously injuring staff members. You can never get work off, I barely got work off for a funeral. Barely annual bonuses, maybe like 50 cents. Extremely underappreciated and you don't get support from staff. The amount of specific rules you have to follow and constantly preparing/doing lessons with no time given to plan and prepare is so not realistic. Management expects 6+ activities a day with a filled-out lesson plan but you are not given any time to prepare them because you are watching large groups of kids constantly.
