You get to have experience with kids
Cons
Management only cares about numbers and money regardless if a child is continuously injuring staff members. You can never get work off, I barely got work off for a funeral. Barely annual bonuses, maybe like 50 cents. Extremely underappreciated and you don't get support from staff. The amount of specific rules you have to follow and constantly preparing/doing lessons with no time given to plan and prepare is so not realistic. Management expects 6+ activities a day with a filled-out lesson plan but you are not given any time to prepare them because you are watching large groups of kids constantly.

Pros
Great company to work for! Offers a lot of training and developmental programs to expand employment opportunities. Working with the families and children is amazing. Also management is very supportive of their teachers and they really do care for their school and staff.
Cons
No cons this school is an awesome place to work for.
