I worked at La Piazza full-time
well oiled restaurant that was always busy and had great food. customers love the food everything flowed and ran so naturally. employees are treated with respect by ownership.
it is really hard to think of any cons at this business may be that there is a younger crowd who likes to sit at the tables for a long time and don't necessarily know how to tip well yet
I worked at La Piazza (More than a year)
This was the best restaurant I ever worked for. He gives Christmas bonuses every year, which are unheard of in restaurants. In general he's very understanding. As a woman working with mostly men at the time there was very little drama. Just a professional working environment. Everyone helps everyone else. I only left because I got seriously ill and then moved away. You even get a lunch break which is also unheard of in a restaurant
I honestly don't remember any
Advice to Management
Keep up what you're doing. Where I am now, they don't treat employees like people the way you did. & we have to pay an ungodly amount to the house. If I lived closer, I would definitely try to come back!

Excellent food and great reputation from the customers perspective.
Working for a group of old world style male chauvinists is terrible in this day and age.
