    Manager SUCKS!! he dose not listen to other employees even if it makes him look good. the owner will fire you if you try to talk to them about your concerns.there is NO Benefits. Gives you more stress than you need in you life.

    Pros

    The management is extremely focused on guest satisfaction. You get a chance to meet a lot of new people from all over the country.

    Cons

    As a front desk service representative, you don't have set breaks. The benefits could have been a bit better also.

    Pros

    The only pros I see with this company is they start you out with a decent hourly pay and pretty good benefits that’s the main reason I applied for this company and tried it out is because I heard that they pay well and they have very good insurance.

    Cons

    Bad management hired full-time yet don’t ever get full-time hours seniority does not matter to them and the managers just treat you in a way that manager should never treat employees but get away with it. The gossip in this place is un real. In the hotel that I worked for is the most Disgusting Dirty Pl., I’ve ever seen in my life and the managers just refuse to give you time to make it right they don’t care all they care about is making money not the hospitality and the happiness of the guest or cleanliness of rooms..

    Guest made job enjoyable, it was easy to do and co workers were supportive.

    Cons

    Poor Management, lots of favoritism, no room for advancement. Terrible HR.

    Pros

    Good co-workers, & the guest are great!

    Cons

    No communication. Pay is ridiculously cheap for someone risking their lives to work at night. They refuse to give full time employees set schedules and could care less about your health and lack of sleep. They constantly overbook the hotel. Benefits are a JOKE. Work/life balance is NON existent, they are not flexible with ANYTHING. Managers come in when they please (2-3 times a week) No moving up from the company, its a DEAD END JOB. Overworked and underpaid

    -Paid Overtime No other pros, this job was a trainwreck

    Cons

    -Moral Testing (Using same sheets as previous guest, unhonorable management, stealing, drug use by management) -Low Wages -Low Hours

    Pros

    Nice hotels and great brand presentation. Very friendly clientele that are extremely loyal to the brand which lends itself to stronger connections to those regular guests.

    Cons

    Very autonomous environment where the company is willing to discredit employee to avoid taking ownership of their decisions that make guest and cooperating companies unhappy

    Pros

    Excellent people at the mid and lower level managment level. Travel opportunities and chance to work with others in the organization are great.

    Cons

    Terrible Senior Management who allow political infighting and selfish empire builders to flourish at the expense of the front line guest facing employees.
