I have been working at LaRosa's

    Pros

Good people, willing to work with your schedule, free food is a great perk, compensation is fair for what the job entails

    Cons

It can be difficult when other drivers don't show up or aren't available when we suddenly get busy, but that's the fault of those emplyees, not of the company itself

I have been working at LaRosa's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Free meal while on the clock and 25% off other times.

    Cons

Dispatch managers sending and giving the closest and best deliveries to their friends without regard for whose turn it is to go out and with the closest order. Working with twenty something children, all the drama and play baby games, the back stabbing from Co workers, 19 year old immature lacking life experience, managers. Drivers who put off hard out duties to new drivers and whose friends are managers and get... away without doing their fair share of work.

    Advice to Management

Hire adults as managers, stop allowing all the play baby drama games from the little boy drivers who think they are grown men and are rude to other co-workers. Offer health insurance and vacation time after a year of employment and you will retain mature consciousness workers instead of kids.
