    I worked at LaSalle Network for less than a year

    Pros

    Hourly rate was competitive. Started on a Monday and received my first paycheck by the following Friday (timely pay ). Job was as described. Got first paycheck in a timely manner. Onboarding was efficient. My first recruiter was professional and friendly. I liked the client work site.

    Cons

    I have 3 points of which the last is a reason I wouldn't work with them again. 1) During my assignment my initial recruiter left the company and was replaced by someone who was not as pleasant. It was downhill from here. Many companies will take you out to lunch to see how things are going, and will check in from time to time by phone and in person.     Treat you consultants better. Given a choice, I won't work with your company again.

    I worked at LaSalle Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    None to speak of, unless you are under 30 and are ignorant and gullible.

    Cons

    Apparently, ageism, sexism and racism run rampant!I felt insulted and undervalued; I was laughed at for bringing employment credentials to the interview; (even though I was asked to bring them); I felt like because I am over 40 I was a big joke to them. Jeez, I feel I have considerable professional qualifications and just wanted a job interview, people .... if you don't want to do business with anyone over 30 then...

    None; just keep running your game ... people over 40 are not totally useless by the way; please don't waste our time BTW.
