I have been working at LaSalle Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The employees actually care about each other While there is competition, the competition is friendly. LaSalle truly operates with a team mentality---we celebrate the wins and talk about the struggles and where we can improve. People support the overall culture and goals of LaSalle. Management has an open door policy and really cares about it's employees. They want our feedback, they want us to grow and they want us...

    Cons

We work a lot which may not fit with some people's lifestyles, depending on your stage in life.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing us and keep teaching! We can learn so much from you and you are the best resource/partner for us less experienced employees. You give us so much and so...THANK YOU!

    LaSalle Network Response

    March 26, 2017President & CEO

Thanks for taking the time to share how you feel. Your feelings are exactly why I've invested so much in this company - I want LaSalle to be a place everyone can learn and grow, a place where LaSallians can put their all into it and get so much in return, a place where transparency ...

I worked at LaSalle Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good location & young, team-based group.

    Cons

Almost everything about this place is a huge red flag. Questionable business practices at best, coupled with a CEO who demands constant praise and attention leads to a brainwashed and unoriginal workforce... Very little support from management and even less investment in professional development. While they do recruit for a lot of companies, sales is entirely quota and metrics-driven-- expect to work 12+ hour days,...

    Advice to Management

Change everything you're doing now--50%+ of annual turnover. If you lose roughly half of your employees each year, something needs to change.

    LaSalle Network Response

    March 30, 2019President & CEO

To say we offer very little professional development is just not true. We have one trainer for every 50 employee. That’s a terrific ratio. Management is heavily involved in recruiting and sales, out to the c-suite. 50% annual turnover isn’t accurate either. You can be critical ...

I have been working at LaSalle Network full-time

    Pros

LaSalle is an amazing opportunity for anyone who wants to have a career, and grow as a professional and a person. The leadership team provides you with all the tools you need to be successful while encouraging and coaching enough to drive development. The culture is exceptionally supportive and is the reason we have such good retention. You truly get out what you put in.

    Cons

This isn't an industry where you will be working 9-5. If you don't want to work longer hours, it probably isn't the place for you!

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

I have been working at LaSalle Network full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

What you put in, you get out--LaSalle invests in its employees for the long run which is why it is not the typical churn and burn recruiting firm. Employees are supported, encouraged, coached and given all the tools you need to be successful. The sky is the limit in terms of earning potential, and management will listen to your ideas and issues. This is a place that wants to help develop its employees professionally but...
