When first being hired, I felt there was no acknowledgment from upper management of hard work. That is different now.

Lack of communication from middle and upper management about changing job needs, no real training for people promoted to be managers (so bad management without a good sense of how to lead people), constant one-size-fits-all online trainings half of which are not relevant to the job, stressful work with changing routines and priorities because of lack of clear communication from leadership

Pay was decent as they knew what you were walking into.

IT (Information Technology) executives and HR were worthless when dealing with their internal trouble employees. Numerous reports against 3 employees that never resulted in taking ethical actions. 7 upper management left the company under the IT leadership team with the same unethical reports and the trouble employees are still there. Still behaving with hostility toward employees and vendors. I left on my own accord as did others to save sanity. Too many remaining employees are there out of desperation or due to length of tenure prior to the arrival of the bad seeds. It is so sad that it is allowed to continue. There is one department in particular that is the worst. End User Services. Take note that all LabCorp employees are impacted by that department.
