I worked at Labor Finders full-time

    Pros

They are always on top of their payroll and any other needs. I only work with them a few months out of the year and every year i have a new temp address which they always ask where its good to send my info or checks before they send them.

    Cons

I do not really have any complaints about working for them. i also do not know much about them since i am employed by them through another company.

    Advice to Management

Again since i do not know much about this company outside of my 3 month a year employment , i cannot say much to management except keep up the good work, i enjoy working with you.

I worked at Labor Finders full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are none what so ever

    Cons

    - No room for advacment ( this is regarding full time labor finders workers and not temp workers)
    - If you do something wrong then prepare for 3-5 "managers" to discuss your wrongdoings.
    - Too many to continue

I worked at Labor Finders full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Get to see some interesting things due to the company being in a very bad neighborhood.

    Cons

    Please see above.

The product (temp workers) SUCK! The temp workers complain about not being able to find a job... So you give them one and they complain about this and that (pay, job site being too far, other workers, customers etc.. etc..). Or they stop showing up all together.

At first this seemed like a great cause to help people who are down on their luck. Turns out those people are down on their luck for a reason and no it's not because of their record. These guy will say they are willing to drive 100 miles to work, but when you give them a job that is 30+ miles ( gas $$ included) away all of a sudden they have "car issues" ( got a new tire... yes a new tire? or it's a NEW car that they just had service on??) It's just so sad..

Work here if you can not find anything else, but also keep looking for something while you are working here!

    Advice to Management

You are losing customers because they want the same workers everyday, but the company can not give them that. Pay your managers more considering the job location and the stuff they have to deal with DAILY.

I worked at Labor Finders full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Casual work environment. Some benefits.

    Cons

This company does not take care of the permanent staff. Only the bottom line. Over worked for pennies. Hired new people who turned a stressful but working office to a dangerous and violent place to work. No one would listen.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people who genuinely want to do a good job. Listen to their concerns, ideas, and when issues arise please act on them. Don't wait for good staff to walk out because no one is willing to listen and the upper management hired in a hurry turned out to be someone who likes to bully others with vulgar remarks and threaten the good employees.
