    Pros

Freedom to learn, good benefits, chance to grow in sales. Company has a great safety program and takes pride in ensuring worker safety

    Cons

Very little direction. You're told to go out and make things happen but are never given a path to follow.

    Advice to Management

Give clear directives and follow up on them. Make those directives last longer then a few weeks before trying something new when you have no proof the old way wasn't working to start with.

    Pros

Great people. There is a great joy that comes with helping people find work.

    Cons

Poor corporate management. Need to seriously evaluate the ability to follow standard employment laws.

    Advice to Management

Feel lucky that no one has sued you for your termination practices. Wasn't worth my time to pursue in court.

I worked at Labor Finders (More than 10 years)

    Pros

None for me. I have gone up to the one in Okeechobee. They only send out men to work if you are not a man with construction experience. Then don't even go up there.

    Cons

there are not at this present time. they discriminate against women and people with disables.

    Advice to Management

Change The man that works at your Okeechobee Office. I worked for Labor Finders when Chris Shirley was in charge I always had a job. women should have a job to. i"m not the only one female that has had that experience. I've talked to other females have not been sent out for being a woman. What a shame in a small town people should be able to have this opportunity to work some where when in between jobs or like myself who has some disabilities but can still work in jobs such as office jobs etc.
