I have been working at Labor Finders full-time

    Pros

I have worked for this organization for many years and find the work that they do in "helping put people to work" amazing. Labor Finders serves as a bridge to full-time employment for its temporary employees. The management team at Labor Finders does an exceptional job in doing the best they can for their employees. I have found this company to have great moral and ethical values and they strive to improve and innovate every day.

    Cons

    None that I can think

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Labor Finders part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - The staff can help you grow your resume but the areas they send you in can be difficult or competitive.
    - A different way to look at how to learn different trades and something I thought was a great learning experience personally.

    Cons

    - The collegues you may work with can be difficult.
    - The pay isn't as good as the job your doing usually if your a hard working type person.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at Labor Finders part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Paid Daily, Lower taxes due to it.

    Cons

    Low Pay/Hard Work
Work in ALL types of Weather
    No possibility of advancement
    Rude Co-workers

    Advice to Management

Put the COMPLETE address on the work ticket. Our GPS cannot pull up cross streets. It is a waste of valuable time to have to call the Shift Leaders of whatever companies we are working for, to get an exact address - JUST so we can get to work in the morning. THAT is Your job, not ours.

I worked at Labor Finders (More than 10 years)

    Pros

None for me. I have gone up to the one in Okeechobee. They only send out men to work if you are not a man with construction experience. Then don't even go up there.

    Cons

there are not at this present time. they discriminate against women and people with disables.

    Advice to Management

Change The man that works at your Okeechobee Office. I worked for Labor Finders when Chris Shirley was in charge I always had a job. women should have a job to. i"m not the only one female that has had that experience. I've talked to other females have not been sent out for being a woman. What a shame in a small town people should be able to have this opportunity to work some where when in between jobs or like myself who has some disabilities but can still work in jobs such as office jobs etc.
