I have been working at Lac Usc Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Nursing staff works together. Physicians listen to nursing staff input and take the advice the majority of the time.

    Cons

Management has favorites among staff nurses. Very under paid compared to other hospitals for the amount of work that is done there. There is a manager that pulls you from the areas of the ER that you don't like to work and puts you where they know you will be miserable.
