I have been working at Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and Spa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salon employees wear uniforms while those in the office get to wear anything black and/or white.
    Trendy, upbeat, energetic culture
    Flexible hours

    Cons

Cliques start all the way at the top with the owner - not all stylists treated equal.
Many stylists make minimum wage but are strongly encouraged to donate many services to allow L&G to have a positive image in the community

    Advice to Management

    Culture starts at the top
