    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Lafarge India full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Better work life balance. Good timing 9-6 no external pressure. Do your job and go. Good pay packages. No any specific corporate environment. Since I am in finance, have a lot of learning in Indian taxation and accounting.

    Cons

Growth is little stagnant as there are lot of hierarchy and promotion is expected only after 2-3 years. No extra learning and minimum in-house training. Traditional way of working. We still receive hard copy invoices for processing, though there are various transition going including SAP.
