    I worked at Lafarge (More than a year)

    Pros

    I liked the Company's environment, great people from all over the world (corporate office), the commercial offer and the projects were really interesting, a great place to learn

    Cons

    I had troubles with my manager as the previous employees in the function, the HR was not able to analyse the facts and propose something else inside the company, to none of the people

    Advice to Management

    When 3 deputies leave their boss over 3 years, maybe you should consider the boss has a problem...and the facts were proven after

    Really good company to work for...treats employees very well...lots of perks

    Nothing negative to say about Lafarge. Terrific place to work. Best company I ever worked for. Wish I had to stay.
