I worked at Lafayette College part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Most of the college staff are wonderful to work with and make the job more fun. Some of the positions have a small salary increase each semester that you work with them.

    Cons

Most students are paid very low wages - they meet the Pennsylvania minimum wage, but are very low compared to other places, and the administration has been slow to change that.
