Pros
Schools are good. B district. Mostly because of the teachers and other boots on the ground staff. Pay is highest in area. District coaches always willing to help.
Cons
District lacks transparency with stakeholders. Teacher support is lacking. Getting a response from board members is difficult. Serious sub shortage so teachers have to fill in on their off periods. Students and parents not held to nearly the same level of accountability as teachers.
