    Pros

A large amount of unique individuals work with you as colleagues and coworkers. The diverse clientele sets the stage for a wide array of communication. Great location for base-entry or continuing employment with room for promotion within 3 - 6 months. Gym membership is affordably cheap through the company.

    Cons

Internal customer service needs to implement better guidelines for servicing to employees. Scholarship opportunities are present, but are reserved only for Pueblo of Laguna Tribal members. Ongoing construction is nearly always present due to needed repairs. NO paid holidays, which are also considered mandatory work days. NO time and a half. The turn-out rate of employees is at a steady rate which makes positions less stable at times.
