Pros
Laguna Tools is a 35 year old company with plenty of room for growth and advancement.
Cons
Some of the employee's don't take their job seriously and bring down morale.

Pros
Great friends, Easy Training, Flexible hours, Travel. They work with you. Tools they cover you.
Cons
I been here a while, put years into this company. Downside is everyone like to climb up to take over. They not on there role. Everyone seem to be boss of other people. Pay scale was ok, I would recommend for young age who still live at home. This place need to understand to up date there pay rate. People starting should ask for more I would say 17/hr at least. They would offer you really really low. They won't give you a rise unless you ask. Every price of machine goes up, parts, they make more and pocket it more then you realize, even after pandemic. There no 3 month review or 6. They say GREAT HEALTH BENEFITS, the truth is sure great for you only you. Spouse? Don't add, they cover but at a lot more expensive. They only cover minimum just enough for you. Future here? There no future here. Job is a job for a short amount of time. If I average pay scale the max as CNC Tech. I would say $19 -$21 is max. Always short staffed and I wonder why. They promised you a lot of thing. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
