The supervision and teamwork is amazing here. I’ve never had support and accessibility to support like this in any other position I’ve held. Everyone is understanding and helpful through all situations. The team environment is great!

    Cons

Clients can be difficult to engage but that’s also all in how you conduct yourself as a clinician.

I worked at Lahey Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employees really care about the people they serve.

    Cons

The salaries are below market value for Clinicians. It was the most hostile environment I’ve ever worked in. Work life balance is not promoted. There’s very little staff retention in the program I worked in because the manager is abusive. Health Benefits are expensive.

I worked at Lahey Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I had great coworkers in my time at Lahey Health in philanthropy - everyone got along very well. The ability to see the difference in fundraising strategy for different affiliate hospitals was eye-opening.

    Cons

There was little autonomy and responsibility given to each employee, I felt like I was never given enough work to fill my time.

    Advice to Management

Management should work on better coordination between departments within the philanthropy office, I felt as though the different departments were somewhat unapproachable.
