    Advice to Management

    We matter too. We are patients too. We work long hours and are held at very high expectations. Please consider treating us like the patients we are outside of work & less attention on the money aspect.

    Paycheck was on time. Good administrative and support service

    Cons

    Malignant hierarchy, bringing Lahey further into debt. Considerable turnover. Salaries not kept current

    Management, thinks all is greatt, ask the staff, no one agrees. Has really changed over the years, I am a lont term employee.

    Staff is quite nice, decent benefits for healthcare, competitive pay, no rotating day and night shift, great pto

    Cons

    Not great staff to patient ratios. often work short staff such as 1-2 nursing assistants with 38 heavy patients.

    Limited scope of practice for Medical Assistants. Hours are not flexible.

    Advice to Management

    More training and supervision of new employees is needed. Train everyone on everything, not just a select few, it creates an environment of favoritism.
