Pros
Can work remote for now. Team members lean on each other due to lack of leadership. Maybe maybe leadership will change for positive when company finishes reorg with merger with BI.
Cons
Lack of vision & leadership Pay increases - 2 % each year No one held accountable or takes ownership Bullying of staff Overworked staff due to numbers of staff leaving for another job because nothing changing or improving. Employees not valued and mentality is everyone is replaceable! Leader does not go to bat for team or needs of team Leader blatantly favors based on gender (pretty sad in todays world) How HR has not stepped in with the massive turnover in dept is just another sign they don’t care to fix problem at the top causing team members mass exodus. Company emails very political from president. Leaders look other way when manager incompetent.

Favoritism, poor training, and organization, drama among co-workers, hostility, and bullying. There is a high turnover rate.
