The project portfolio is fantastic with opportunities to work kn mega projects. Great training schemes and learning opportunities.
Cons
LOR expect their pound of flesh. They preach a health work life balance but expect something very different. A huge culture of presenteeism.

The only con is not about the company but construction sector itself. One project finishes in one location and have to move to a different one...

Long hours perceived however if you ask the question to improve your work life balance they will respond positively You have to have completed one of the accelerated programmes to be offered the top jobs Expenses policy and the management of is a long standing bad joke within the company

- Really good graduate program - They push you to perform - They've got some interesting jobs on at the moment
