I worked at Lake Forest College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small, friendly, intimate campus. The staff and faculty are kind and passionate about student success.

    Cons

The faculty and stuff are over worked and underpaid. The only real thing that attracts professors to the college is the retirement package which was recently cut.

    Advice to Management

Invest in more staff so that your current staff is not so overworked, pay the professors more or good professors will no longer be interested in worked at the college.
