    Good Pay Flexible Scheduling Great Learning Opportunities Really interesting work Senior workers good about answering questions/helping with difficult tasks

    Pros

    The benefits are better than most. The pay is topnotch for the Polk County area. It has room for improvement but is apparently getting improvements made. If you work for the power plants you will feel lIke you're part of a family.

    Cons

    Management is hobbled by City Government interference. It is in need of a true Utility Commission with actual experienced professionals leading the company.
