I worked at Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa part-time

    Pros

Earning a paycheck every 2 weeks

    Cons

Where to start?? .... Upper managements yells at managers and staff often in front of other staff and not constructively on a one on one basis; often treats them disrespectfully and like there incompetent; Only concerned about the bottom line; Positions get cut and staff are not replaced and extra work is placed on the other staff so the company can save that money; Hardwork, Loyalty and Seniority means nothing to this company or its owner: GF Management

    Advice to Management

Replace management with management that knows how to treat their employees with respect and appreciation.

I worked at Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent resort to sell-lots of flexible meeting space plus the 2 golf courses and spa make it very attractive to prospective clients. If you worked hard you would get recognized and get periodic raises

    Cons

Sometimes it was difficult to get space for conferences with so many weddings taking up the larger meeting venues. We had to turn a lot of business away for a one time deal with a catering piece of business. But all in all a great place to work!

I worked at Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The golf course is holding this establishment together. If you are seeking an easy part-time job then Lakeview is the place for you.

    Cons

Managment is more concerned with NOT spending money than actually fixing the number of problems they have.

    Advice to Management

    Start thinking of new management.
