    Challenging, offers a lot of learning opportunities and experience

    Cons

    Understaffed, underpaid, benefits not great

    Advice to Management

    Staff the floor better. Pay nurses better. Offer better benefits.

    I worked at Lakeview Subacute Care Center full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    The residents are the best part of the facility, the aides phenomenal and the VP of clinical services is a joy to work for

    Cons

    Unfair treatment, favoritism, bullying, no health care benefits, administration does not listen to your needs or acts like they do and then sweeps it under the rug, union sucks there, Nurses do not help just wanna boss you around, and the DON is a horrible human being she is unfair, unsympathetic and bullies you.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to listen and appreciate your employees give them something to look forward instead of tearing them down
