some of the senior management is whimsical which leads to favoritism when it comes to pay raise.

    Advice to Management

You have a great work culture and team chemistry, try and preserve this.

    Pros

Your coworkers. I met really nice people there. Very talented and good hearted fellows from who you always can learn.
Good place if you are new in the industry

    Cons

-Absolutely no creative scope planning and scheduling which leads to an irresponsible amount of crunch and waste. There seemed to be very little acknowledgement by studio leadership of this issue.
-Review and career development processes were clearly informal, and a bit of mystery.

    Advice to Management

    - Be more transparent about studio wide issues and initiatives. Hold health surveys and more company meetings; give employees a voice. Be transparent about growth and improvement.
    - More pipeline development investment could improve art production flexibility and allow for iteration and change requests.

    Pros

it is big platform for any individual, either fresher or senior ... to learn at every level . and also very familiar working enviorment . skilled artists on the floor . on other side good facilities , even onto human resources.

    Cons

sometimes it takes long nights of working in here but thats a need to overcome our faults during projects , so its makes us just more able to work hard

    Advice to Management

i think every artist needs a individual appreciation , to motivate himself to do better for next level , only feedbacks will improve our work flow but , with a plus of appreciation an artist can believe himself

I have been working at Lakshya Digital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Awesome projects, great camaraderie between colleagues, some great seniors (some... not all), good benefits, legendary top management.

    Cons

Distant location, some seniors are unqualified and unrefined, poor admin team who behave like govt. babus, some hugely unprofessional freshers who throw tantrums at the drop of a hat.

    Advice to Management

Hiring should be done in a more restricted way so that the sanctity of the great organisation remains healthy. Some blind hiring has lowered the company's personnel quality.

I have been working at Lakshya Digital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very challenging work for the topmost clients from the gaming world, competitive salaries, good facilities (cab, meals), sound policies, excellent top management.

    Cons

Location is hard to commute to daily, the very fresh workforce is sometimes hard to manage, long process queues (since it became a large company).

    Advice to Management

It would be great if we could arrange free training sessions/classes for the artists (the lower levels). These can be language, management, special tools and Lakshya can then give certificates of completion.
