    Take the advise of those that do the job everyday. More training. Higher donations to 401k. More Vacation. Better Insurance.

    Pros

    Great benefits and research information provided from corporate to help sell. Training was amazing.

    Cons

    Each office is run independently, there is no accountability for GM'S and they are protected. There is a reason you have high turnover in some of these offices.

    Advice to Management

    If an employee complains, take it seriously. District managers should be more involved with local offices.

    Very decentralized making some things more complex when they should be streamlined.

    Don't reject centralization or standardization in all areas.

    Cons

    Low pay. Manager demands you to work. The billboards are unsafe. And no roo. To grow.
