    Pros

    Good Benefits, some good people to work with most of the time

    Cons

    Doesn't pay very well. Everyone gets the same raise even if you sit on your butt or work you tail off. No incentive to go above and beyond or take on more responsibility.

    Advice to Management

    Reward people for strong work ethic and hard work. Like to hold employees back for what they want them to do. Pay your people for the qualifications they get. Train people to get to the next level of their career.

    Doesn't pay commissions on payments over 90 day even thought they collect in full.

    Advice to Management

    Remember every territory isn't the same. It cost more to live in NY then Baton Rouge and the pay scale should reflect it.
