They have a new building. All stuffs are new, high performance laptops, 24" monitors. The kitchen is inside of building, nice conference room, huge parking space. You can get the car. Benefits for car vehicle are new tiers, car service etc.
Cons
Very, very poor management. Some peoples working for 4-5 years and they don't have a lot of expertise. New technology is very hard to include in the development process because of old people and some older once principles in the software engineering.

Innovation is only on paper, repetitive projects, poor management. 90% of companies work is governemnt organisations related meaning old solutions are repacked as new. Competition between workers is ill oriented.

You can find a lot of good people stuck in the same position as you. Most banks let you file for larger loans because of the company's reputation.
Cons
I'll be brief, the pay is low, the food is barely edible, the seniors are inexperienced, the work environment is toxic, can't quit because of bs contracts that they require you to sign to get in, management loves tooting their horns for no apparent reason and finally you don't feel secure anymore because the company is losing clients to smaller firms.
