    I have been working at Land Rover North America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The atmosphere is exciting, the customers are friendly and loyal, you travel the country and hard work pays off!

    Cons

    Long hours, but the fulfillment and income is worth it.

    Advice to Management

    At the dealership level, the only thing that could improve is cooperation between departments. Other than that, management on the sales side is excellent! Owners are great and corporate is helpful and supportive.

    Small teams allow you to gain experience in many areas. Company had great deals on Land Rovers so employees could afford to drive one.

    Cons

    Small teams means you can be overextended at times.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to make great products.
