    Pros

    Leadership will listen and is receptive to feedback. There's a good vibe among my coworkers. Creative thinking is not only encouraged, it's rewarded.

    Cons

    The company has gone through many changes, but it appears to be on the right track.

    I worked at LandCare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    At the time, the sales team was very well directed by the VP of Sales.
    Account Managers were awesome to work with at the branch level.

    Cons

    Branch Management changed frequently, causing a fair amount of instability at the branch level.
    Moral was low due to the frequent management changes.

    Advice to Management

    Hire good people and give them the tools they need to do the job. Honor the employees you have and work with them to improve and develop.

    Pros

    They create a positive work environment and everyone in the branch works together to try to solve different problems that come up each day. Landcare cares about furthering your education whether it be with leadership classes or licensing within the industry.

    Cons

    This job is not your normal 9-5 but the employees and benefits make it worth it.

    I enjoy working at Landcare because everyone is working toward the same goal of delighting customers. We have a great team who enjoys landscaping and getting better every day.

    I do not have any advice for management. Our management has the same goals as the branches and we work toward that end. My management team is engaged in the business and are very helpful with my issues.

    Pros

    Good atmosphere, good employee morale, benefits are decent and the work is fun.

    Cons

    Disorganized, equipment is constantly broken and never being repaired due to not having a mechanic. Not having the correct tools to do the job that is expected of us.

    Advice to Management

    Keep improving, hire quality employees, make sure we have the things we need to complete our tasks.

    Pros

    Was a stable place to work. Dental and Vision benefits were okay.

    Cons

    The Medical benefits had very high deductibles and were very expensive.

    Close to home, casual and laid back atmosphere

    Cons

    Too many managers and not enough people to actually do the work. Corporate had their hands in too much of the local offices. Didn't let branch managers manage.
