nothing glaring for me to call a "con" - this workplace is awesome if you're someone who loves thinking about growth and contributing for the future 99% of the time!!!!

Pros

We work in unison and constantly look after each other so no one will be left behind. I love how the management treats us professionally yet with compassion and always redirects us to keep on track with the company's goal. We are being heard and actions are in place to ensure harmonious progression.

There's nothing I can think of as everyone has different attributes but is bound to one mission.

Literally some of the most intelligent, creative, and hard working people I have ever had the chance to work with. Vivian the founder is an absolute rock star and the leaders are amazing to work with! Everything is merit based and I feel really empowered to be creative and bring ideas that are heard to the table

Love working here. Landed is an awesome place to work if you're always looking for true ownership and the opportunity to be a part of developing strategies and processes. Things move super fast so it's always exciting. I'm always challenged and I love it

In all my years of working, I have never encountered an energy like what we have at Landed... It’s truly an electric culture of committed people. We care. We inspire each other. We push each other to be better. We love the product, because it is truly phenomenal. We are a lean, efficient team. No matter what, we prioritize our clients and build lasting relationships. We collaborate. Most importantly, we don’t complain. This is not to say we don’t fail or haven’t. The opposite entirely. We take accountability and ownership. Most importantly when a problem arises, we find 5 different solutions. Our CEO has vision, drive, and ambition. In all our hustle, we celebrate and Virtual High Five each other every step of the way. We push each other towards growth and development. We do have work-life balance believe it or not too! And often share our weekend adventures with each other... Lots of transparency! We truly put the “up” in start up!

Cons

We are a lean team that doesn’t make excuses. We don’t do drama. We are fair and patient, but you need to be a self-learner. None of these are really cons. We want results. If you can’t deliver these things, then we may not be the right fit for you.

Great team lead by Vivian Wang CEO/Founder. She sets the tone with a thoughtful communication style and a can-do but hands off approach. Working here provides an opportunity to contribute in a startup environment with bright friendly colleagues helping solve an unprecedented industry challenge. The product-market fit is strong, clients are happy and quick to make referrals. Work here if you’re looking for solid leadership and a balanced startup work environment pleasantly lacking corporate noise.
