    Pros

Nice building, benefits through parent company BMI.

    Cons

Lack of accountability. Senior management very territorial. Going through transition. I would not recommend Landmark as a place of employment.

    Pros

Good people. Good team. Lot's of interesting development. Lot's of various projects. Nice office location. Many local companies have a high regard for Landmark business.

    Cons

No work-life balance. Strict office hours. Not very good planning of projects and communication between teams. Employees are always expected to put up as many hours as needed without comp time and with minimal recognition.

    Advice to Management

Develop better rapport between employees and management at all levels. Value the Human Resources and work with people to fit projects with the teams.
