    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Landmark Property Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

a job, not a career. you do not build a career with a company that is only interested in profits and not people

    Cons

micro management, no team building, lack of professionalism and little regard for employees

    Advice to Management

Stop micro managing community managers, they have the same certifications and training as your Regional Managers. Regional Managers do not value employees

    Pros

I couldn't find any the property manager wasn't allowed to direct maintenance and you were told by the regional manager that you'd be fired if you talked to maintenance

    Cons

they portray themselves as a small company that cares about their employers that is so far from the truth

    Advice to Management

rethink the regional managers you put in charge
